Gyoza no Hoei (ぎょうざの宝永)| Gyoza (Crescent-Shaped pan-fried dumplings) Specialty Store

We went to "Seiji(誠二)", one of my favorite ramen restaurants in Tanukikoji(狸小路), Sapporo and took out some bags of gyoza (crescent-shaped pan-fried dumplings) produced by "Gyoza no Hoei(ぎょうざの宝永)", a famous gyoza company in Hokkaido.

This gyoza is hand-made and easy to cook at home.
1 Boil gyoza for 4 mins.
2 Drain water from the pan.
3 Pour oil and fry gyoza.
That's it!

This gyoza contains a lot of locally-produced cabbage, meat and garlic. Nobody can NOT copy this  well-balanced center.

The skins are thick, sticky and chewy, and when it is fried well, it is crispy like this↓I love this juicy gyoza!!! Yummy x 2!

During the summer time only, they produce shiso (Japanese basil) gyoza. If you are interested in this seasonal gyoza, please be in a hurry!!!!

The flavor of shiso refreshes us!! How many gyoza did I eat for dinner tonight????
Now we are in the gyoza paradise :-)

I love the shiso version better than the normal ones!! I have to buy another bag of shiso gyoza!!!

New Information!
They started to serve cheese gyoza, too!

Gyoza really goes well with Sapporo beer :-)
Would you like to join our gyoza party???
